I've been an educator for 12 years, and I've had the pleasure of teaching in various settings, from one-on-one sessions to group ensemble sessions.
After completing my degree at LCoM, I decided to pursue a "Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector" (PTTLS) qualification. At the same time, I engaged in a mix of exciting projects, both mentored and solo, with Jazz North, Live Music Now, and the North Yorkshire Music Action Zone (NYMAZ). These experiences have been instrumental in helping me stay current with modern teaching methods. Presently, I am happily engaged in teaching students at the Grammar School at Leeds and guiding higher education students at York St John University.

During our lessons, we can explore a variety of topics, such as:
If there's something specific you'd like to learn that's not on this list, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. This list is just the beginning, and I'm here to help you achieve your musical ambitions!
If you're interested in discussing lessons or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact contact me.
